5yr DD Mindful Monsters? Confidence building/Teaching Emotional Resiliance?

Any suggestions gratefully received!
6 yr old DD happy and confident at home. Started school last year and happy to attend and has made friends.
However she panics/shuts down/avoids trying anything new (both at home and in school). Been assessed at school- no major behavioural issues. Falling behind at school. She does well with 1 to 1 help.
I think she needs support to understand her emotions and not be scared to make mistakes. But I am clueless about how to do this in a way she can understand. She is tired after school so I don't want to start after school clubs/add to her 'work load'. How can I teach it in a 'fun' way?
I was looking at Mindful Monsters cards from Scope - has anyone tried it? Would you recommend it? I can't find any unbiased reviews.
Any other fun ways to boost her confidence?

I have the mindful monsters cards and they’re nice enough, but don’t think they’re ‘enough’ for what your DD might need.

I love the book ‘Playful parenting your anxious child’ by Laurence Cohen.

Thank you - I will have a look at that! Anything that makes it playful and not an 'educational'/sit down and learn approach will appeal to her.
