Daughter always suffering from stomach ache after a day at nursery

My daughter is 3 and a half and been attending nursery since October. For the last few weeks each day after I pick her up and bring her home, she eats her tea and then is almost writhing on the floor with pain for an hour or so. She only attends two days per week but she pretty consistently complains each time. She hardly eats anything there all day ( a cracker, some raisins and perhaps a teaspoon of her lunch) and then comes home and has a sandwich, yogurt and fruit. Could it perhaps be she eats so little during the day she then eats too much too quickly and it gives her stomach ache? I’m at a loss but it’s not nice seeing her suffer. Thanks.

Is she going to the toilet there? Could be she's holding it so then when she eats she has cramps sue to needing the toilet?

Anything she could be eating there that she is allergic to it has a mild intolerance for? Speak to them about ingredients used as it could be a spice or a herb perhaps she doesn't agree with they are adding to meals? May be worth mentioning to GP also. How is her toileting? Any loose nappies/stools/sickness??

No she actually doesn’t go for a poo there so that could well be it. Although even once she is home and has been for a poo she is still in pain. But yes that could be it. She also is funny about going for a wee there so I wonder if it could be that and also she is very anxious. I guess it could be a combination. I will check about food used but as far as I know she doesn’t seem to have any intolerances.

I wonder if it is related to her anxiety. There is a strong connection between stomach problems and anxiety.
Is there something going on at nursery? Worth asking some questions to her and and also the staff there.

Could it be tiredness? My DS always gets tummy ache/pain when he's really overtired. He's 7 now and still does it, I know just to get him to bed now. My youngest always says she's cold when she's shattered!

Is she bloated with it?

I was going to say toilet issues. My eldest hated going to toilet at preschool because they smelt so bad. Always use to get tummy ache.
