Hello,
So I'm currently on Maternity Leave from a full-time job and would have been due to return to work in March, however I have just got a new part-time job and have handed in my resignation. My notice period is two weeks, but the problem is my new employer would ideally like me to start in a week's time. I have no problem with this, I'm just unsure with me still technically 'working' my notice I don't know if I'm allowed to do this?
I can't find much online about this specific circumstances, so any advice would be greatly appreciated!
