Time to take the sleepyhead Grande away from my toddler - sleeping in funny positions

Advice please. My 14mo is in a sleepyhead grande in his cotbed. He's been OK in a sleepyhead since birth (was in the smaller one) but the last few nights hes been crawling into the gap between the sleepyhead and the cot side or sleeping with the top end under his stomach and his head on the mattress....I am abit concerned that this is not good for him! My DH thinks I am being dramatic.

I think its time to move it out or is it normal for them to lay all about in it funny?

I took my son's out at that stage. He'd had it from birth and I was worried he would miss it but he seems to enjoy the extra space now. Sometimes he rolls into the cot bars but it never seems to bother him!
