Negative DNA test

Basically can a court go against a negative DNA test?

It's about emotional bonds; attachment theory.
How does it work then?
Doe it mean tAt a child who is in full time childcare, with a CM, should always have contact with said CM for the rest if their life? I don’t think so but they will have had many more oppportunities to build a very strong bond than that man has.
I think we need to be careful there not to use theories with an intent they never had.

On what planet will this happen when the child is a baby, there hasn't been consistent contact, he isn't the father and the baby lives with his mother?
