Hi all

our DS has been toilet trained since february (he turned 3 in June). He hasn't got as far yet as taking himself off to the toilet on his own but other than that, we've been doing really well with very few accidents.

Until last weekend!
His bed has been wet 5 mornings out of 6 this last week, we had 2 little leaks on monday at a party, accidents thursday, friday and again today.

All that has changed in his life, or rather had changed, was that last sunday we took DH to the airport for a business trip. He goes away quite often and we've never had problems before but this was the first time DS and I took him to the airport and saw him off. But, DH was home late wednesday night, saw DS thursday morning and evening and so if that was the cause I assumed it would be sorted once he returned.

Also, DS when he wakes up doesn't get up out of bed, he never has done but he normally talks to himself and we then hear him and if we dont get to him soon enough for his liking, he calls out louder for one of us.
However, these last few days he's been silent. Obviously awake (you can tell by the state of the bed clothes all wrapped around him and twisted etc) but he'll not have been making any noise and the bed will be wet. He doesn't do a full wee as we put him to the toilet and he'll do some more but what the heck should be do now?
Do we put him back in nappies?
Keep on like this and hope it's just a short phase?
Anything else?
The washing machine is getting tired!

Pull-ups at night?
DD was a serial relapser. Eventually I took all sodium benzoate out of her diet (it's in squash, for instance). Sodium Benzoate is said to interfere with the nervous system, and a friend reckoned it was a problem with her son's waterworks. I was very skeptical, but DD has been MUCH better ever since. Worth a try?

thanks zebra but tried that already (well, since thursday at least). I was just concerned that putting pull ups on might cause more problems still and be perhaps 2 steps backwards instead of just 1.
