Best device for 6 year old to play her music on independently?

We play music for her and her sister via Spotify on Sonos speakers. Also have an iPad but don't use that much for music, they use it for movies and games on long journeys only. I'd like to get her a tablet for Christmas as I think she's old enough to use it sensibly, but would love it to allow her to choose music herself and play it in her bedroom etc. Any tips on the best device to choose for a complete technophobe??

I think if it was one of mine, they’d spend Allergy the time on a tablet playing games and watching iplayer or YouTube. I’m not sure they’d use it to play music.

Mine’s got an echo dot. You do have to listen out for the odd swear word but he loves it and listens to lots of different music

We’ve got amazon music unlimited which means you can get pretty much anything but you can listen to certain things with just prime I think
