3yo has hard lump on her arm after men b jab. Is this normal?

She had the jab 7 days ago, wriggled a bit when it went in so not sure if that's made it worse. There's a hard lump about the size of a 50p coin, its raised, and she flinches when i touch it or go near it, and she says it hurts.

Fyi we missed the roll out of men b in London when she was little, so have had it privately.

Anyone?

Maybe ring. 111 for advice? I was told if there was redness that spread that it was a bad reaction
