AAARGH! surely there must be a bloody easy way to revise. Help me please.

have an exam on friday about the Renal system and Digestive system.

Think I can remember anything? nope.

How can I do it? I cant remember anything......

Make notes of your notes.
Then notes of those then notes of those until you end up with a sheet or two of highly condensed notes.As a veterean of many exams it always works for me.You mustn't just read over notes,you nust write too.

and know what each letter stood for.

Invent diagrams or pictures for general system which relate (in a way that makes sense to you, or which make you laugh/smile)to the labels. Then draw another diagram for each label expanding what it is, etc. Good luck.

Custardos method excellent too (mnemonics)
I agree with Sal also.Will revise form mega condensed notes up to the last few minutes.

I use mind maps for most revision - my mind seems to like that way of working.

Ever tried them? Like spider diagrams.

You lot are GREAT.

Nobody had replied by the time I went to bed last night- so it was a nice surprise to see so many fab ideas here this morning!

Right- got uni today till 3pm, then i will come home and crack on with it!!

think I have cracked it now......

went to bed last night re-laying both systems in my head!

Its so difficult trying to remember not only the structure of each system but also pathophsiology, histology, pharmacology, integration with other organs and diseases which effect each system and treatment of diseases.....

If I get through this exam on friday I deserve the biggest cream cake I can find.
