Anyone discovered a sure fire way of getting their kids to pick up their towels?

Just wondered. Of course I need to rule out golden children and terror tactics. Also whilst we're at it anyone discovered a method of getting their partner to pick up their towels that dosent' involve divorce papers!

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Ive got this problem with dp, i just leave them and when he goes to get one for the bath he realises that they are all damp and he cant find a dry one, which normally annoys him. He then starts putting them on the radiator for a while when he's finished with them.
He normally goes back to his usual ways after a while though.

Problem here is that dh rarely notices that the towel is wet!

I'm the same - I never clear up after DH and it starts to annoy him after a while - or I make mounds of his stuff in annoying places and then he clears them. Anyway I digress - he too will leave towels on the bed or floor etc. If your DP doesn't realise it's wet, perhaps it could do with a bit of extra wetting in between showers ??
