Baby lack of appetite when teething- anything to worry about?

My 10 month old has three teeth coming through at the top, he isn't really interested in any solid food, but is still breast feeding a few times a day- does it matter that I can't tempt him with any proper meals at the moment? Are there any tricks I should belong to get him to eat?

Thanks in advance

It's quite common for them to go off food a bit when they are teething. It's the first sign for us as DD (18mo so lots of teeth now through) otherwise loves her food.

We just give her soft easy food to eat like yoghurt, baked beans etc.

If your teeth hurt you'd go off food too.

Just been through this last week. 8 month old didn’t eat solids for 3 days and even breastfed less than usual. I was so worried as my first never went off food while teething. Anyway she’s back to normal now!

@eeanne glad she's back to normal - will just keep offering food and see where we get!

Perfectly normal, I wouldn't worry about it.
We feed DD mash, baked beans and yogurts when she's teething but sometimes even that's a struggle.
It doesn't last for long x
