How to survive the early days with newborn & two other children

Struggling like mad here, I have a 4yr old and 18mo,im 3 days post section and ready to pack it all in.
I can feel exhaustion in my bones, my 18m won't leave baby alone, my 4y.o just throws everything. I can barely lift baby due to scar pain and my milk is just come in so I can't have her on my chest either 😭 I'm a mess, how am I supposed to make it through another hour let alone the day 😭

Have you got anyone with you or is it just you and the kids?

Sending big hugs. Can you get the big two watching TV/iPad/film?

I'm on my own, I did have cartoons on but they're so hyped (only just out of hospital).
My couch is too low down aswell so struggling to sit down for long but if I get up they just bug the baby when my backs turned (obviously I know they're young an don't understand) I'm just venting.
I've only been sent home with paracetamol and it's not even touching the sides 😭
