I am going mental.

He never shuts up.

It's "Mum"

he waits for me to say "yes"

Then some inane comment or question he already knows the sodding answer to.

Can I put duct tape on him tomorrow?

I have told him to be quiet ,but it invariably only lasts a few minutes.

When will it end?

I sometimes pretend I need the loo just so I can lock myself in for a few minutes' peace.
