The "E.A.S.Y" schedule... Did it work for you?

First time mum, 30 weeks pregnant, have been told by a couple of friends to do the "Secrets of a baby whisperer" EASY schedule (eat, activity, sleep, you time).

Has anyone tried it? Does it work? I though sleep schedules didn't work for young babies?

Any wisdom/advice welcome!

Loved her advice - worked brilliantly with both of my EBF babies who slept through (10pm - 6pm) from about 6 weeks - loved the concept of a routine that isn't a routine! She has some great advice for toddlers too.

Mine naturally went for eat, sleep play repeat.

Yes it worked for both mine, and I found it very simple and instinctive to follow.
