I have the Angelcare AC1300. I'm not using the motion sensor, just the video and sound monitor. It worked fine for a few days, then the parent unit lost the connection with the nursery unit. When turned on it shows a blank screen and the round little symbol that means lost connection on the top bar of the screen. Nothing else.
I've tried everything. Turning off and on, unplugging everything, batteries out and back in. I've tried following manufacturer instructions for a reset. Nothing. It's basically dead. The manufacturer has no phone number and I can't really afford to just buy another one. Has anyone had this happen and know how to fix it? It must just be a simple reset, surely?
