Perfect prep machine- water coming out too hot but ‘hot water’ sign not illuminated

Just wondered if anyone had experienced this.
It’s the tommee tippy one and I noticed yesterday that my daughters anti reflux formula was getting really clogged in the bottles and when I checked the water dispensed was much hotter than usual. This has been the case every bottle made since yesterday- I’m now using water straight from the kettle

I’ve googled at it appears that often in hot weather the ‘too hot’ sign illuminates and the water won’t dispense- but I’ve got no warning lights on and it’s still dispensing.

If it's as hot were you are as here, try filling up with cold water from the fridge.

I think some anti-reflux formulas might be made up slightly differently?
