After weeks of picking out the models and brands most frequently searched for and most highly rated both on Mumsnet and across the web we've picked the best eight child bike seats in the UK to put to the test. Our testers did some serious outdoor adventuring in the hilly Cumbrian countryside, and each test included a check of how easy it was to attach and detach each bike seat, and how possible and simple it was to switch it between one bike and another.
