Should I invite my 3 year olds friends to his brothers birthday?

My youngest is turning 1 and we're throwing a small kiddie party, with a few family friends and kids. My MIL suggested that I invite a few of my 3 Yo's friends from daycare. And I thought it may be a good idea because there won't be any kids close to his age at the party and it would be nice to meet their parents, but weird at the same time because I have no idea who they are :/

Would you invite your other child's friends?

Thanks xx

No, I wouldn’t. It isn’t the 3yr old’s birthday.

I always do. Birthdays are family days in our house. As they have got older (5,8,12) we still have a mixture of age children at our parties.
