Jumperoos

Hi

DS is 5 months old and I'm wondering about getting him a jumperoo. Has anyone had one and found them useful or a massive waste of space and money? They seem quite cumbersome and expensive and at the minute I can't tell if it's a good idea.

I try to play with DS on the floor and do tummy time as much as possible, but there are times when I just need to put him somewhere safe while I cook tea etc. Also, his poor little head is getting flat from laying down all the time!

Both mine loved it for a time. With DS2 it was a God send he hated the bouncy chair and wanted to be up right. At 10months however he's mastered crawling and pulling himself up to cruise and he's fallen out of love with the jumperoo.
