How long did you keep your little one exclusively in baby grows?

I don't like them so I never used them. We were given a few when dcs were born, but I never used them. I think I gave them to my sister who used them for her dcs.

5/6 months I would stop dressing them in grows to go out.

I always put them in little clothes though because they are so cute 😊

DD1 was about 4wks old when I started putting her in proper clothes to go out. She was a sicky baby so I would be changing her several times throughout the day anyway.
DD2 was about 6mo before she would regularly be put into an outfit, but that was only if she was going to a friend's or playgroup. She got to about 9mo-ish and I was gutted the weather had warmed enough meaning I had to take the sleeping bag off the pushchair. I had relied on the bag to hide my laziness of keeping her in sleepsuit for trips to the shops/school runs etc, and from that point I felt obligated to dress her if we were leaving the house. DD2 was not a sicky baby so was able to have a sleepsuit last a full 24hrs before it needed changing.

We had our son in his first pair of jeans (elasticated and soft material) at 4wks with a nice top. We always get him dressed properly to go out, he may have a nice short sleeved body suit on, or little dungaree sets. He is changed out of his sleepsuit once awake, first feed and changed into little suits for round the house then changed Into his going out clothes before we go out for the day or when visitors come. He is 3months tomorrow and has a lovely little wardrobe, but everyone is different there is no right or wrong, just what you and your little one are happy with.

Probably 7-8 month and if we weren’t leaving the house up to about 12months.
