We use Google calendar and I can see DH's, DM's and DF's. I think it will depend on how you intend to use it. All of the DC's stuff goes in my calendar and I send invitations to DH as necessary.

That is a good question. As a part time worker I do end up being the default parent and the organiser. Is it possible to colour code stuff so I. Plus have mine, DH and DD stuff in a different colour.

Yes, you can colour code it. You can even set up different calendars and then you can view them all on one setup, if that makes sense. You just tick and untick the ones you want to see

I did have two calendars set up for a while so that my DM couldn't see everything as she tends to say 'oh, you've got something marked as private' with a big hint in her tone. But it was too much of a faff to look after. My DM has different ideas about boundaries to me. She wanted for me to let her track my movements on her phone and was most put out that I wouldn't.

I use TimeTree, you can set colours for different people and get notified if somebody adds a new event. I wouldn't be without it now.

Thanks everyone. When I say family I mean, DH, toddler and I.

I will try and sort out Google.
