Hi everyone hope you are enjoying the summer break.

I am a Masters student in applied child psychology and I am looking for parents and practitioners who would like to take part in spending 5 minutes completing the attached questionnaire for my dissertation. This is completely on a voluntary basis. The main questions asked in this questionnaire will be around the amount of time you spend reading to children and what effect you think this has on a child’s reading skills and their attitude towards reading.

I would really appreciate and love it if you could click and follow the link below. It's quick easy and anonymous and should help further research into the importance of reading with children! Smile

Thank you

My dd is now 17, but when she was in KS1/2 I read with her every day. I also went into the school 3 times a week to listen to children read to help out the teacher - did that for a couple of years. Would it be helpful if I did your questionnaire or do I not fit your criteria? Happy to do it, but don't want to mess up your results with data that's up to 10 years out of date.
