mei tai - Joey or babyhawk or...?

Am loving the look of these carriers. But not sure what to go for. what do you think?

I had a babyhawk and loved it my friend has a Joey and she loves it but it is hard to recommend from someone else.
Each Mei Tai is slightly different and there are some I find more comfortable than others.
The babyhawk straps are very padded and confy.

Oh how old is the baby that it is for.

hiya, dd3 is nearly 9 months old and weighs about 13lbs. have seen a really nice BH that i want it is lined with minki(sp) and sooo lovely in chocolate and pink. does look well comfy.

have you thought about an ergo ?if we do manage cornwall meet up ive a ergo and roobaby pouch you could try!

I love my ergo but I have to say I cannot see past a mei tai. Because it ties and is not buckles it is so easily adjustable every time you put it on.
My personal preferrance of the 2 is the BH TBH the straps are a bit more padded and from a purely looks point of view it is lovely to have so much choice of fabric.
The thing is as well that if you got the BH first and didn;t like it, it is a better known name to babywearers than joey slings so if you didn't get on with it, it does have a better re-sale value.

Is it the pink chocolate spheres?
That is gorgeous want another BH I sold mine to try something else and have always regretted it. wonder if dp would notice if I just bought one do you know probably not you know...hmm off to find the credit card whistles innocently

Seriously though i would prbably go for that if I wasn't sure easier to sell on if you don't get on with it.
