Oh no the late nights are upon us and all the kids are still out playing.............................

some of them are still out when its dark and they are 6 and 7 yrs old

its murder getting ds1 who's almost 9 in at a resonable time for school in the morning when the light nights are here

anyone else find this?

Yes. Mytwo DS 's are in their rooms in their pj's.
But show no sign of sleeping whatsoever.
Then will be dragged out of bed in the morning.
Hate it when the clocks change.

my 2 are 6 and almost 9 and both hate sleeping!

clocks changing don't help at all.........

I love to see kids out in the fresh air playing but round here they seem to stay out very late without their parents chasing them in, ds1 alwaus seems to be the first one called in and at nearly 9 he finds it embarrassing, but I don't want him out till all hours.

same round here, ssd. mine is 8 mo, so it's easy enough to keep him in at the moment. there are a lot of little ones round here who seem to be out quite late imho, or maybe i am an old fogie!

We just got home at 7pm and DS's wanted to go out on their go karts.
Was half tempted but as the other kids were in thought I woul win the bad parent award!
