Hi all,

I am currently studying for a MSc in Positive Psychology. I began the course on the basis of an idea I had following the birth of my second child. I had PND and was administered the Edinburgh postnatal depression scale..... this made me feel worse.

I felt it was irrelevant to having had a baby. So I aim to create and validate a measure of maternal well-being and have a more positive take on maternal mental health. I will take this research further but for now I wondered if any mums of little ones aged 2 years and under could help?

It would only involve completing an online questionnaire via the link provided below. This should take no more than 5-10 minutes of your time and would be a valuable contribution to research aiming to enhance and maintain positive well-being in mums.

Thank you in advance to anyone that completes the measure. Further details are included and no responses will be traceable.
