Want to go back to college or uni. to get a career in something....

but don;t know what to do. I like the idea of training to be a midwife, but I only have GSCEs in english, maths and art and design (c and above) all my other subjects I got Ds and Es. I didn't fail any of my GSCEs but didn't do as well I could have. I retook my maths at college and got a C, where I also got A* and B in art and design.

The other thing I was thinking about was a florist course, but I don;t think that it would provide enough money for our family.

Any ideas??

I've done the UCAS form - the uni have sent me another batch of forms to fill in to convince them that I have the dedication and skills to be a social worker.

Yes, I would really like to be a social worker, and think I could fit this in (but haven't convinced dh about it yet).

I went to sussex uni and it is damm fine and cool. Nothing constructive to add apart from that!

polly is far too sophisticated to be cord skirted. tall, slim, beautiful, young, intelligent, jesus i'm depressed already!

actually, thinking about it - the (potential) social workers i now know are all beautiful - yes i think its my field

ooooooooooo discussed this with DH today and he said that as long as we don't lose lots of money and he can go back to college too, then I can do it!!! OMG! I will be going back to college!!!
