I had fogotten how hard it is To have a 3yr old running round the house,
To have a family meal all sitting together,
To cope with the endless questions,
To take to the cinema!!!!!

I have 3Dc lucky for me the youngest one will be 7yrs next month, I can honestly say I dont remember when suddenly life got easier- I thought it was getting harder but after today give me the the older ones any day.

Truthfully I enjoyed this little person-He is rather gorgeous- Its a good reminder and all you parents out there you deserve a medal!

Oh, my 3yo is so much fun. She makes me laugh so much i have to cuddle her lots and cover her in kisses .. i don't want her to grow up!!
At the mo she isn't well

pinkbubble · 18/02/2007 22:22

Please dont get me wrong I thoroughly enjoyed this 3 yr old but was absolutely amazed at how grown up my 6yr old had become! Its awful when little ones are not well- whats up with her?

Jaamy · 18/02/2007 22:27

I love my 3 yo to bits but she is tiring!!! Such a sweetie but such a little devil too! Can't wait to go through it all again with DD2!

It's such a lovely age...would love to freeze time though not sure how long I could keep up!

breadgirl · 18/02/2007 22:29

I think it's the start of a cold. She had a croaky voice last night (but she still wanted to sing) and woke up with a stuffy nose .. now she has a temperature, but is asleep now. Woke up briefly to tell me she wanted to go to the toilet as i gave her water to sip earlier with her calpol.

I think when she is 6-7 yrs old .. i will have fogotten what it was like when she was a toddler though

pinkbubble · 18/02/2007 22:31

Just think of the grown up meals you can have,I honestly have to say and I never told the poor old Mum, its the most and best my DC have eaten, they cleared their plates, even with things they dont normally eat and give me and DH a hard time on, So please can we borrow a DC of 3 every Sunday lunch

I LOVE 3 ...
DS was fab at 3 ... now at 7 he is lippy and full of back chat ...
DD, just 3 is hard work but scrumptious ...

pinkbubble · 18/02/2007 22:34

Absolutely , we forget so easily so if you have a video camera now is the time to video- we dont own one only the one on the digital camera, they are great fun record it as you forget how funny they are!

breadgirl · 18/02/2007 22:40

I don't have a video camera, only my digital camera too. I filmed her dancing last year, but lost it when my pc got fixed (didn't have a copy).
Actually, my db filmed them singing yesterday and he sent it to me today .. so i have that

pinkbubble · 18/02/2007 22:42

wish I had it on tape.

He's a total nightmare isn't he, Bubble?!!
I think we completely exhausted him today, as he went to sleep very quickly tonight!
I have just been up to check on him & he looks all angelic!!

pinkchampagne · 18/02/2007 22:52

Not taking him inside a cinema again until he is at least 7 though!!

pinkbubble · 18/02/2007 22:54

he is absolutely scrumtious!! its easy for me to say but you should be very proud of him! oh and DS1 'cos' he was an angel too as I saw DS2 trying to do something to poor old DS1 while trying so des to watch film!

I have DD3 not feeling very well at the mo, she has a sore throat and DD1 says that DD3 has been moving around alot and talking to herself and thats its been worrying her- maybe Im in for along night!

pinkchampagne · 18/02/2007 22:58

Oh dear, what was he doing to DS1?
He is a beast & it's always DS1 that comes out worse in a squabble!
Don't know if it's 3 year olds in general, or just that mine is an especially naughty 3 year old!!

Twiglett · 18/02/2007 22:58

DD is 2.8 but can I have a medal too .. she's very advanced

pinkchampagne · 18/02/2007 22:58

Oh dear - hope they're ok.

Aefondkiss · 18/02/2007 23:00

thanks for the recognition, they are totally gorgeous but yes I agree, my dd is much more grown up, and sadly I think I can be quite hard on her sometimes because I find it hard to balalnce the attention etc,

still the welcome home I get from ds (nearly 3) is just so utterly unique I think to wee ones,

pinkchampagne · 18/02/2007 23:02

LOL! Parents of 2 year olds deserve big medals too! I was hoping DS2 would suddenly transform at 3, but a month short of his 4th birthday & I am still waiting!!

pinkbubble · 18/02/2007 23:05

Actually anyone that has a child I think needs 1000 medals each for each child they have!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

breadgirl · 18/02/2007 23:06

Won't be taking her to the cinema anytime soon though!

You lucky thing, breadgirl!

pinkbubble · 18/02/2007 23:08
