Wanted to share for anyone that has this seat and hasn't seen this yet or anyone thinking about buying, I find it massively concerning that when tested in a crash at 40mph the car seat came off the base meaning it is not seemed safe in a crash above 30mph

We have this seat and are hoping to get it exchanged.

You expect this from cheaper seats sold in Argos etc but not a bloody £400 ERF seat.

No official recall yet but I hope Nuna do something about this.

This is awful. We have this seat and thought a lot about which one to get and went for this even though it was so expensive.

Been using it for a year and now really worried. Will contact Nuna I think but imagine they won't do anything as it passed the other tests ok.

Thanks for sharing as I had no idea.

That's shocking. We spent ages considering this seat before buying it as it was so expensive. Do you think the shops will take them back as they really were doing a hard sell on them as being the best!

Mothercare and other big retailers are refunding. Small independents are a bit more hit and miss it seems.

Dixiechick17 · 01/11/2016 00:19

Nuna have said they will refund directly also, I've sent them an email but will go to mothercare first

Hi, I just wanted to share my amazing experience with Joie today. I don't know how I missed all these threads about the car seat but I bought mine almost 12 months ago and only found out about the Which review today. I was gutted because I absolutely love my car seat & obviously it's wasn't the cheapest. I called Joie direct on the customer service number they provided in response to the Which review & they are sending me a brand new Rebl Plus (which has passed the ADAC tests) & collecting the old one at their cost. Now that's customer service.
