Tea Tree and Lavender Linked to Breast Growth in Young Boys

Apparently, Tea Tree and Lavender either mimic oestrogen or block a male hormone, but the end result is breasts in (a small number of) boys.
I just thought I would post this, as I know we cloth users are often biiiig teatree and lavender users. The youngest of the boys discovered with the breast growth was four.

This is really interesting.

Reading more about this, though, it is (as you say) very rare, and seems to be associated with use of topical creams on an ongoing basis as opposed to the minute amounts of residues left after nappies are washed.

I will keep a close eye on the research but in the meantime I don't think we should be concerned.
