Sometimes I know my 4 month old is tired and cranky during the day so I put her in her crib for a nap. She's still going to cry though, for maybe 5 minutes, before falling asleep. I don't believe in 'cry it out' but is a few minutes ok? At night we don't have this issue as she falls asleep at the boob and then I move her into the cosleeper

Of course it is. It's only a noise. She is crying because she's tired! I leave my baby boy to cry for 5 minutes because anything after that he get hysterical. Do whatever you're comfortable with!

I agree, she's crying because she's tired and if she falls asleep that quickly I don't think she's distressed. It sounds like she falls asleep pretty easily so well done you. I'm sure as she gets older she'Llandudno probably stop crying before she sleeps altogether.

Would you try putting her up a little earlier for her nap?
