Busy / quiet book (fabric activity book) where to buy?

I'm apparently very late to the party but I've discovered quiet books for toddlers and would like to buy one for 1yo DS.

I can only seem to find tutorials on how to make one but I'm useless at DIY.
Where can I buy one?

There are some beautiful but very expensive hand-made ones on Etsy.

Or for something more affordable, this looks nice.

I've looked at them before and wished I had the time and skill to make one - although in retrospect, I suspect my DD would have ignored the book and continued to play with the zips and buttons on my clothes!

They look ace, never heard of them myself either

I'm also a bit late to the party - I was thinking to sew my own but never got round to it (I think my kids would have grown up already..), so I bought a book from my quiet book. My son really enjoys it, so would recommend!
