Does anyone know of a friendly mother/baby/toddler group in the Norwich City centre area? Think it would do me and DS good to get out a bit more. Thanks

Hi,I am outside Norwich.
You could go to netmums.com .
They have a noticeboard of playgroups etc on there and you could search for one in your local area.
Hope this helps

I lived in Norwich a couple of years ago. Bit unsure about the days, but I think this is right:

The only city centre group I remember was probably Thursday morns on Duke Street, in some church. Under 4s only.

On either Wednesday or Monday morns there was toddlers at the big red church on Earlham Road (this was my fave group while I lived in Golden Triangle).

Tuesday ams, the Baptist Church on Dereham Road (near Heigham Street) ran a nice group.

There was a toddler group in afternoons at the Trinity Hall (Trinity St? Trinity church? there).

And precious little sod all, otherwise! But if you get to one of those groups, you should find people who know about any others.
