London Mummies ... Tower Hill/St Katherine's Dock - where lively to go around here?

Hi just wondering if anyone could advise...a few of us are staying in this area this weekend, where is there to go after dinner that's a bit lively...Tower Hill/Bridge, St Katherine's dock area????

There are a few chain restaurants in St Katharine's dock itself, Cafe Rouge and perhaps Prezzo. There's also a large pub Tha does pizza and typical pub food (badly, I have to add.)

There's an Italian restaurant near London Bridge station that gets lively - Giuseppe's. Have dinner there make reservations and then just stay.
