I have gone brain dead- I have forgotton how to harvard reference

Im a writing a piece of text from a journal- should the text be in captions ie " blah blah blah" or indented? or neither as long as the reference follows it?

please help asap, im trying to do my assignment and have gone brain dead.

If it's a long quote then I'd indent it, but if it's short just "quote it in the body text" (Molesworth 2006)
