Bed wetting in 6yr old DS1 after previously being dry at night

Since school has broken up, DS1 has been wetting the bed almost every night after being dry at night for several months. He tends to wake up any time between 2:00 and 6:00 with a wet bed.

At school, he only has access to water to drink, and his bottle usually comes back almost full as he doesn't like water.

At home, he can have squash during the day, so is drinking quite a bit more.

I already remind him to go to the toilet at regular intervals during the day, and get him to try for a week before getting into his pyjamas and again straight before getting into bed. (Without reminders he will go hours between wees, then have to run for the bathroom and pee like a racehorse...)

What else can I do?

Could you limit squash to the morning and offer lots so that you know he is hydrated then only allow water after 12pm?

Thanks - I'll try that.
