Have just heard DS crying in the bathroom, opened the door to find him sobing and a good bite print in the toilet lid. Obviously he was on a hurry, didn't put it up properly and has it hit him on the head, and he was so annoyed that he has bit it in return!!! PMSL

Ds (4 yo last month) has the toilet seat and lid fall back down and trap his willy a few weeks ago. He then yanked his willy out and caused a pretty horrible gash which needed a&e tratment. Wanted to show everyone in nursery the following Monday

Freckle · 18/11/2006 16:27

Erm, how did it hit him on the head? Was he putting his head down the loo??

Sheraz · 18/11/2006 16:27

Poor pinot baby

Chandra · 18/11/2006 17:01

It actually hit him just above the nose (will not tell DH about it until I'm sure DS is not growing a crocked nose! otherwise this will become the joke of the family ).

Ouch Pinotmum!, I have been telling DS to be careful with it thinking in his willy being trapped. I will have a word with him!

Same here - DS, aged 3, dropped toilet seat on willy, and blood on toilet, jammies etc. But not quite so keen to show everyone.............

Poor lads!
Can't say I've had this problem ...yet... with my ds's - currently mine just don't seem to see the baby gates and run into them at speed! We've a variety of amazing bruises this week from crashing into a half opened gate (they can't get it open fast enough to get through at the speed they want to be travelling at) stubbed toes from forgetting the gate has a bar to step over, bashed heads from tripping over bar and butting into toys or each other.....all keeping Mr Bump the chill-pack in service!
