hey you, how is the placement going? Are you in theatres yet?

I am enjoying mine, its very fast paced and a bit scary at times, oh and yesterday I nearly cried (what a great nurse I'm gonna make ) but on the whole its good.

Let me know how youre gettin on

How come its so quiet there then? What's a Lay Chole (am i being really thick).

Just got really upset over a patient who came in with something really normal only to find out they were riddled with the big C. It was devastating.

I am doing my first night tonight, am hoping that i will get through it ok and get some sleep today.
