I want another baby other half isnt sure

Can anyone give me advise on persueding the other half that having another baby is a good idea. I am 30 I have a 12 month old and I would like another baby, I would like to restart my career when they go to school which is why I dont want to wait too long, My other half says we should wait but that will put my plans on hold for even longer. Is there a good pursuasion method?

get all dolled up and get him all horny. start fooling around and when you've got him all riled up say 'o dear, we don't seem to have any condoms. guess we'll have to stop......'

seriously though, have you explained to him how much more of an impact i't'll have on your life and career prospects to wait? and a 2 year age gap isn't that close at all, and thats presuming you get preg retty quickly.

have a long talk with him and write up a list of pros and cons together and see how ye both feel then
