Patience of a saint has left me, struggling with ds

My ds will be 5 in June and I'm worried and struggling with his behaviour. He does 5 mornings at nursery and behaviour is fine there, he can be clingy with the staff needing a lot of adult interaction and direction but is polite and well behaved. The second he leaves nursery it's like a switch has been pressed and I have a different child. He can't do anything on his own constantly needing input and direction and if he doesn't get it he's awful, moaning, crying, shouting, hitting, kicking and the latest is mimicking me. He can't ask for anything without moaning while he's doing it. He constantly winds his older sisters up and they have been great up until recently and they've had enough now and shout at him instead.
I don't know what to try next, he can't have my undivided attention all day every day. He does have speech problems which has contributed to this but we're still waiting for the new speech therapist to fit him in.
Any suggestions as I'm struggling to deal with him all day every day, he's used up my patience and then some

It does sound difficult. Could you chase up his appointment? Is paying for private speech therapy an option? Have you spoken to your GP too?

Unfortunately private isn't an option Sad I've been chasing up his appointment since January, we moved areas his referral was sent through but as of yet no appointment. I might try the gp not been overly impressed with their misdiagnosis so far.
