Just that! My DP says he's depressed Hmm

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

A close friends DP had a depressive episode after their DC2, was off work for a bit & on meds, seems to be getting better now though. Was really difficult time for my friend with two littles ones and all of them at home for a while. We did have a chat once as to whether men can get post natal depression?

Similar problem here too! I really noticed it around when LO was around 3 months. moomin, odd question but is he sleeping ok? Is baby in with you & he is waking up? With my DH, even though I was bf every 3 hours in the night, he was waking up (& then going back to sleep!). Plus his long lie in days were over!
I moved him I into the spare room for a month or so so he could sleep better & that seemed to help.
I think in our case, broken sleep plus the change in dynamic in our relationship, plus the responsibility of being a parent hits them, really brought DH down.
How are you with it all? X
