What about Dora the explorer? There is a thing called Muzzy from the bbc but I haven't used them.

dora the explorer is very useful since they introduce spanish words along with english, and it works by repetition.

I got Baby's First Steps in Spanish (LL(R) Baby's First Steps) (Audio CD)by Erika Levy and really liked it. We also have The Cat in the Hat and Brown Bear, Brown Bear. Cat in the Hat has both English and Spanish text.

I asked friends & family to bring back disney videos & DVDs for my kids whenever they travelled in spain. It worked - My daughter leant the works to pocahontas in Spanish before english & still sings the spanish version of the songs at 14 years old (& has just started a spanish GCSE course which she is finding very easy...)
