NVQ LVL 1 Hairdressing you/someone you know done it?

I a starting this Sept and i am really excited, but was wondering if you or anyone you know done the courses and do it as a job. Good or bad exp?

i did the equivalent-city and guilds hairdressing and beauty.was good course and then did 6 yrs in salons and 6yrs as hair/makeup artist.now im a full time mum but cut familys hair.go for it ...

All paid for now and i cant wait! I have already done beauty therapy but being young and stupid did not complete it (too many drink nights )
However i do intend to get it all behind me as its all the same field. And i am bursting to get out the house and do something for me....yipeee!
