KFC - Should they warm up baby bottles?

I went shopping today with my son and feeding time came and the screams began! I rushed into the first establishment i came across KFC. I asked for some warm water to heat up his bottle but was told that they couldnt do that. I then asked them if they could warm up the bottle for me (i have done this before in mcdonalds) and they also refused. The lady bluntly told me that there was a sign saying that they would not provide this service. There was cleary no signs up - i wouldnt have gone in if there was! I then asked for a cup of tea - i was just gonna stick the bottle in it - she again refused saying she could not give it to me as i was going to warm a bottle up in it!!! Surely its a human right to feed your child... i was really annoyed! The place was empty and they could have just heated it up for me

what do you think?

I take boiled water a room temp in the bottle these days, and the formula. DD2 is nine months now.

Then, I just mix it up as needed and she drinks at room temp.

Did htis w/DD1, too.

Don't think they have a responsibility to warm up the bottle, but surprised they wouldn't sell you a cup of tea.

I do agree with grumpyfrumpy - I think its up to them to decide what kind of service they want to provide and up to you to decide whether you want to use their service. To be honest, I am far more concerned about the state of their chickens than I am about their bottle warming facilities.
