What do you buy subsequent babies for their first birthday?

I'm looking for ideas. I have a nearly 4 year old girl and a baby girl who will be one next month.

A toy with longevity would be nice.

i'm buying dd2 a gold ring for her 1st birthday as this is what i bought dd1, its not for them to wear all the time just special occasions and i keep it safe for them until they are 21 and then im going to put it on a chain for them. i dont know why really just thought it would be nice for them to have something they can keep forever and when they are 21 obviously the ring will be 20 years old. i just think its nice.
