Coming out of nappies at night.....

Hi, I'm looking for some advice to help me with my dd1. She will be 3 in a fortnight.
4 nights ago she announced that as she is now a big girl she does not want to wear a nappy to bed anymore - so we humoured her and put a pampers bed sheet in her sheets and let her go to bed nappiless.
She did wet the bed at 3am, I went in changed the sheets and her clothes and she went back to sleep. This happened the following 2 nights. So, last night I woke at 4am went in, sat her on her potty, she had a wee - and that was that no accidents afterwards.
So, is she really ready to be nappy free at bed time? Should I really get in the habit of going in and initiating for her to sit on her potty?
Advice and opinions welcome. Thanks.

sounds like she could be well on the way...
My DS2 is the same age and would probably be fine if I took him to the toilet before I went to bed. If you're ready to go for it, then just do it!!
If you have any advice for DS1 who is 4.7 and still wakes every morning with a completely sodden nappy, I would be very grateful too.....
