Would like to know what the biographical questionaire involves, what sort of Q's do they ask? Is it long?

what are the questions like on it?

hey i'm a student at UWE on the social work degree and i filled in an autobigoraphical questionnaire and it's nothing. it's like a page and it's just stuff like do you consider yourself religious, disabled and whats your address and so on... it's nothing like as scary as it sounds!

if you need anymore info about UWE just let me know i'm in my third year there and i'm on Glenside campus with all the midwives and nurses.
