As you have more kids you have to divide your time more. Each one gets less of you.

They might not get on and you'll have a house full of arguing and fighting.

Its very expensive. Not now but education/university/holidays will become a massive expense.

You'll need a supersize car forever.

There is a serious population crisis facing our planet.

Sorry, you did ask!

Well with three children you can for in a normal car, with a fourth you would have to buy a horrible ugly people carrier. That's a good enough reason to me. Who wants to have more children than you can fit in a normal car?!?!

overmydeadbody · 27/11/2013 19:19

And yes, there are already enough people on the world without adding to it.

CheerfulYank · 27/11/2013 19:23

I want 5 so I'm not the best person to ask! :o But yes, all the reasons above.

YouveCatToBeKittenMe · 27/11/2013 19:26

you can't fit 4 in a standard car
you can't ever get 'family' tickets for 4 children
you are almost sure to have at least 2 at different schools
people get them mixed up
you get them mixed up!
you need a humoungous house for them to have their own space
you need a humoungous washing machine
your house is full of shoes and coats and later aftershave / tampons
your shopping bill will be enormous
you'll feel guilty for not have enough individual time with them
I have 4 and have never regretted it for a moment Grin

RandomMess · 27/11/2013 19:29

Babies/young children are inexpensive but as the get older Shock the costs mount up. Even only 1 inexpensive and 1 more expensive hobby per week really stacks up and then there is the running around delivering and collecting them all.

Childcare costs for 4 in the school holidays too, it's horrific!

princesscupcakemummyb · 27/11/2013 21:21

all valid good points but sadly still not convinced lol gosh your right about the childcare costs Random Shock

Cars career holidays food bedrooms spats clubs sibling rivalry houses travel hotels: all get tougher when you jump from 3 to 4+.
