Random frivolous question: where can I find baby bloomers?

Just nice, old fashioned big knickers for a toddler? Homely ginghams etc? Ebay's are ridiculous, Gap is expensive, can't find anywhere else.

They have a pack of three frilly bloomers for about £3 I think.
