Sweeteners and children. Much worse than sugar IME. How can they use the word healthy?

Read today that diabetic dieticians do not recommend diet things - just to eat healthier normal food. So what is the point of them?

Guess i am lucky my ds hates beans and refuses to eat them.....
he much prefers sweetcorn, peas and carrots.

I refuse to give DS sweetcorn anymore, the whole "comes back out as it goes in" thing doesnt agree with me!
