New born clothes

Ive started to buy bits for my first baby and was just wondering in your opinion how many 0-3month clothes shall I buy roughly?

We bought a 3 pack of vests and a 3 pack of babygros.

We were given a mountain of stuff.

My dd1 was 9lb12 and went straight into 3-6 month clothes!

We spent a lot of time at customer service desks exchanging stuff we didn't need. And gave stuff we couldn't swap to Women's Aid.
